Administrative Assistant

Ohio FFA Foundation - Columbus, Ohio

Position Summary:

Ohio FFA Foundation is searching for an Administrative Assistant to work part-time, onsite at
our Ohio FFA Foundation office on the Ohio Expo Center grounds. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work independently and have a strong attention to detail is essential. The successful candidate will be fully engaged in day-to-day activities of the Foundation and FFA family.

Responsibilities:

Performs administrative duties for executive management, including:
•Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel, meeting 
 and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; and customer relations
• Ensures the efficient operation of all office equipment by performing minor service
  duties and arrange for routine and necessary maintenance as needed
• Maintains the office supply inventory and orders additional supplies as needed

Requirements:

• Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent
   interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well
   with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and
   vendors
• Strong administrative skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy
• Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our
  donors and stakeholders
• Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills

Qualifications:

• Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be open to learning specific computer programs to carry out Foundation
  business
