The Western Lake Erie Basin (WLEB) Agriculture Project Director manages the development and implementation of conservation strategies and activities identified in the WLEB Agricultural Conservation Business Plan, and represents The Nature Conservancy across the basin to achieve effective partnerships that maximizes impact. S/he will work across the watershed of the Western Lake Erie Basin in Ohio, Indiana and Michigan to positively influence agricultural practices to improve water quality and aquatic community diversity and health of Lake Erie and the Western Lake Erie tributary ecosystems.
