Energy and Retail Services District Manager
CHS Member Cooperative in Madison, Wisconsin
CHS Aligned Solutions is working with a member cooperative near Madison, Wisconsin to hire an Energy and Retail Services District Manager. Be a part of an expanding team due to healthy growth and solid teamwork. This position will focus on business development and efficiency within the Energy Division while coaching for the highest level of service for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for an assigned region within the Energy Division through coaching for team.
- Set sales goals for the team while coaching for highest levels of service to customers.
- Introduce and train on new products, services and technology to the district and drives their implementation.
- Directly oversee staff in assigned district. Set goals, conduct performance reviews and provide input to help others achieve their highest potential.
- Set and implement margins and understand bottom line to achieve local profitability.
- Drive customer service initiatives by fostering an atmosphere that enhances the customer experience from a service perspective and giving it a local touch.
- Develop growth strategies for the assigned district. Drive expansion of sales, customer base and territory in the assigned district.
Basic Requirements:
- Must have a strong understanding and background in energy and hedging
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in energy operations preferred with additional 2+ years in personnel management
- Must possess strong leadership skills
- Must have strong detail orientation skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
