Waiving the Agricultural Commodity Depositors Fund Remittance

The Ohio Department of Agriculture sent written notice to all agricultural commodity handlers that the ½ cent per bushel fee related to the Agricultural Commodity Depositors Fund had been reestablished pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code (“ORC”) 926.17(B).
