Register now for Ohio Agricultural Law Conference

Registration is now open for the Ohio Agricultural Law Conference on May 16. The OSU Agricultural & Resource Law Program will host the conference at Ohio State University this year with support from the Paul L. Wright Agricultural Law Endowment Fund. The conference is limited to 50 participants.

The conference, which runs from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. includes a selection of relevant topics and events for attorneys involved in agriculture, including:

• OSU's Carl Zulauf on the "new" farm bill
• Medicaid and nursing home planning for the family farm
• Agri-tourism trends and liability issues
• Legislative update
• A bus tour to OSU's Waterman Farm
• A trip to the North Market for lunch and a discussion with market farmers.
