The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation is transitioning to a prospective billing system that will align it with standard industry practices. The transition is effective July 1, 2015 for private employers. To implement, BWC has made a change to the discount program enrollment deadlines. The deadline to participate in a group rating program for the 2015 policy year is Nov. 24.
