Endangered Species Act (ESA)

OABA is committed to ensuring our members have the tools and information they need to remain compliant, competitive and confident in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment. As implementation of the Endangered Species Act increasingly intersects with pesticide use and agricultural production practices, it is critical that Ohio agribusinesses clearly understand their responsibilities and potential liabilities.

OABA is supplying our members with practical resources, regulatory updates and compliance guidance related to ESA requirements to help them navigate new federal expectations, particularly as they relate to pesticide labeling, habitat protections and application restrictions. These resources are designed to reduce uncertainty, minimize operational disruption and ensure continued access to essential crop protection tools.

OABA will continue to update this page with additional resources as they become available.
