OABA Signs Letter Urging U.S. House to Support Commodity End-User Relief Act
The Ohio AgriBusiness Association, with more than 20 state and national agricultural organizations, has signed a letter to the U.S. House of Representatives urging an affirmative vote on H.R. 238, the "Commodity End-User Relief Act."
The legislation contains many important provisions for agricultural and agribusiness hedgers who use futures and swaps to manage their business and production risks.
