Tax Update Roundtable to be Held August 21

Join the CFAES Center for Cooperatives and Mid America Cooperative Council to explore some key provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 that are scheduled to sunset at the close of 2025, including provisions of particular interest to cooperative businesses like Section 199A(g). Bill Scott, CLA, will share an update about key sunsetting provisions of the TCJA, the status of updates to the tax code, and important considerations for cooperatives.

Meet the Expert

Mr. Bill Scott, Tax Principal in the Ag, Food, and Beverage group of CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA), where he specializes in tax planning and compliance, including as a leader of CLA’s national cooperative tax team. Bill is based in Ohio and is engaged across the agriculture industry in our region, including with various agribusiness and ag trade organizations as well as the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives. CLA is a “professional services firm built to create opportunities for private businesses, public companies, governments, nonprofits, and the people who own and lead them.”

Unless otherwise noted, events will not be recorded. Registrants will receive Zoom connection details via email prior to the event.
